Acceptance and scope
By using Lofi Helper, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Lofi Helper is a private Discord bot, not a public service or a Discord product. It may be used only in communities where the bot owner have enabled it.
What the bot provides
Lofi Helper helps approved communities with moderation, FAQ-channel assistance, support tickets, and role-based features. Features, permissions, and availability can vary by server and may be changed, limited, or removed at any time.
Responsible use
When using the bot, you agree to:
- follow the rules and moderation decisions of the Discord server where it is installed;
- follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable law;
- not misuse, interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the bot or its safeguards; and
- not use support tickets to submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
Moderation and support
The bot may act according to the configuration and permissions set by authorized server staff. Support-ticket responses and moderation actions are provided for the community's operation and may not always be immediate, available, or error-free. Server staff remain responsible for their communities and their moderation decisions.
Discord and third parties
Lofi Helper uses Discord's platform and APIs but is independently operated and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Discord. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for Discord's services, availability, or data practices.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the bot changes or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page, and continuing to use Lofi Helper after an update means you accept the revised terms.
